Excellent facility, but for one significant flaw . . .

Over the course of more than ten years' usage, I have found PayPal to be generally excellent, especially the new debit- and credit-cards ~ with the sole reservation that it has, on occasion, taken up to ten days (yes, really, over Christmas and New Year) to update my account(s) with transferred monthly payments, or supplementary deposits to cover an intended purchase ~ transfers which are immediately debited from my bank-account, but, unaccountably in an age of instant, digital data-exchange, then take several days to be credited as available by PayPal, even after appearing in the balance ~ quite incomprehensible, and, equally, indefensible . . .
