Unbeatable

I have been using PayPal for many years now and find their customer service is second to none, any complaint I have had about anything bought through PayPal has been dealt with promptly and to my complete satisfaction. The credit services have been very helpful when buying something that I could not afford in full at the time and to have it broken down into affordable amounts is a big help to those of us on a lower income or like myself on a pension only. Way to go PayPal

I have found PayPal to be easy to use, easy to order and pay for online shopping, easy to send money to friends and family and easy to deal with disputes with purchases. I am in my seventies and not all new technology comes easy to me, so - way to go PayPal! Reviewed on: 14th May 2026

Excellent service, easy to use App

As a lady in her seventies I have always found PayPal to be user friendly, with easily contactable customer services when needed, has adapted to changing trends and offers a good range of options to settle accounts. Excellent all round! Reviewed on: 6th April 2026
