Great facility but be aware of their resolutions team.

Great facility and so easy to use online. However, if things go wrong, which in my case was making an extra payment of £1000 toward my balance and it taking 3 attempts to go through, they immediately withdrew all of my interest free offers and backdated the interest they'd given me on my 0% offers and added £400 charges on my account. The joke is my DD was paid, this was an additional payment which they recieved just took me 3 go's over 10 minutes and they stiffed me. Customer ser ices was useless and it took me over a month to get half resolution which I had to settle for. So £200 out of pocket. This was they only time I've had an issue, apart from that it's been sweet for years. Reviewed on: 6th April 2026
