Transaction safety is my number 1 when I order anything and PayPal are excellent at this. I never have to worry about being scammed either. I have experienced a company from abroad that I have never heard of depositing $3 in my PayPal account and they wanted to charge me $680 for the fees! I called PayPal and spoke to an advisor who informed me they had stopped this scam immediately and would not pay out any money from my account. I felt relieved that this action was taken so quickly plus the advisor put my mind at rest, this shows what a good company PayPal is. I received refunds quickly when I return items to the shop where I purchased goods. I can log into my account at any time to check any transactions and also I have a facility to request funds safely if I sell anything which is a great benefit to have. Also you can open a dispute if no goods are received and PayPal open a case on your behalf if you request this action and they will retrieve the money that was paid out too. Another benefit I like is the option to split the payment into 3 smaller amounts which is a great help and I pay three monthly instalments and I receive notifications of what is due and when. It is so easy to open my app and check up on all of my transactions to see where I am on outstanding payments too. This is such a good way to manage any transactions and I 100% would recommend PayPal to anyone. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Security transactions

Always available when I need to purchase. Provides a pay in 3 choice. Help is provided if the goods do not get delivered. Security of my account is important. Customer service is excellent and will provide information on my choice of action. Refund money is paid back to my account and I receive emails informing me when action will be taken.
