PayPal is easy to use.

PayPal is easy to use. Their policies are clear and transparent, meaning nothing is hidden. PayPal's credit service has one of the lowest APR compared to other major credit lenders. PayPal seems to always put the customer first, so their customer service team are always willing to help in a friendly professional manner, and disputes are sorted within in days not weeks.
