I have used PayPal for many years and consider it a safe and reliable way to make online purchases. I particularly value the sense of security it provides, especially when buying from unfamiliar websites. The customer service response time should be applauded, and the company sets a strong example of what good customer service should look like. However, I do wish that the interest rates on repayments better reflected the company’s otherwise positive approach to supporting customers in managing their debt. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
