Resolution Centre closed a case despite my proofs

In two cases from the past PayPal helped me out when I made online purchases from not safe webshop, and I got a refund. But once I had a very negative experience that I had an issue with a scam (Webshop, promoted on Facebook, but it turned out it was a scam from China). I had all the proofs, even online rewiews about the company saying the same, I uploaded all my documents for PayPal Resolution Centre about it, describing the whole situation (I tried to contact the company before opening a case), and PayPal just closed the case stating that the company posted the ordered item... They did, but sent me a wrong item, and they ignored me whenever I wrote them about return and asked for refund. It was very unfair, and was very disappointed about PayPal's customer service. They didn't even read my summary and complaint. It was like closing a case without consideration. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
