Very good for what they provide.

Overall I’ve had no issues with PayPal and have used it happily for years. Pay in 3 is always useful and the 0% interest for four months on any purchases over £100 is also great. There interest rate after that is a little high but so are most others options. The app is easy to use and see what payments are still in the interest free period and how long left. Can’t say anything about their customer service as I’ve never needed them personally. The introduction of a physical card has been fantastic in allowing its use for options it was otherwise unavailable for I.e Amazon and physical stores. Can’t fault them and will be happy to continue using them for years to come. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
