I’ve never forgotten this one

I bought a tablet about 2 years ago off a company on Facebook. Which i returned at their request. They lied & said firstly that id not returned it & secondly that it was returned faulty. I’m sorry but they bare faced lied on both counts, even though I had all their messages to me that left us in no doubt that they lied PayPal chose to side with them in the end resulting in myself being £160 out of pocket. It was returned because it didn’t work& had arrived to me that way.That is the only time in 21 years that I was not happy with PayPal. I might add that isn’t what I’m used to, generally I’ve no other qualms with them at all. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
