Poor Customer Service

I bought a Dell Desktop earlier this year using PayPal credit. Instead of spreading payment, I was debited for the whole amount, the following month. I spoke to customer service, who assured me it had been rectified. It wasn’t. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
