I’ve had a mixed experience.

I’ve had a mixed experience using PayPal. On the positive side, it’s very convenient for sending and receiving money, especially for online purchases, and it’s widely accepted across many websites. The interface is generally easy to use, and transactions are usually quick. However, customer service can be frustrating when issues arise. Resolving disputes or getting help sometimes takes longer than expected, and responses can feel a bit generic. Fees can also add up, particularly for international transfers or business transactions. Overall, it’s a useful platform for everyday payments, but there’s definitely room for improvement in support and transparency. Reviewed on: 8th April 2026
