Can't fault PayPal in any way shape or form

When I had to have a new Debit card due to fraudulent activity on my bank account which thankfully the bank had caught and stopped, but I now had to wait for a new debit card. I had totally forgot that within two days PayPal would be taking the last payment of 1 in 3 payments obviously my old card no longer worked so no payment could be taken. When i 0honed customer service they were very understanding and as id not recived my new card yet i couldnt change my card details. Within 10/15 minutes it was all sorted for me. Once my new card arrived I then updated my details.Customer service have always been helpful when ive had to call in the past, ive told all my friends to use PAYPAL when buying online as they will help you deal with a seller thats is being less than helpful. I personally think they are a brilliant company and ive never experienced a problem with them and Ive used thenlm for around 12 years maybe longer. They add an extra level of security for anything you buy online. Reviewed on: 10th May 2026

PayPal pay in 3 is brilliant and trustworthy

I've used the PayPal pay in 3 often as it means I can have the item without it depending my my bank accout or having to save up till I have all the money. This is especially useful if the item im buying is in the sale, and waiting to save up my money would mean I'd miss out on saving in the cost. Its a Brilliant way to buy more expensive items. Ive been using PayPal for years and they have never let me down and they are easy to contact and you can get to speak to a living breathing person which makes such a difference these days, where so many business don't offer this kind of service. I would happily recommend PayPal in general and especially the Paypal pay in 3 option. The Paypal company is totally trustworthy.. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
