Smooth all the way

Very user friendly tech which keeps me informed. I find the ‘promotions’ section a super helpful map for managing payments & I refer to this regularly. I also like the way PayPal credit makes suggestions. Everything in the app is laid out clearly which maximises smooth navigation. I recently had to speak to a customer service human. To my surprise, I was connected to an actual human immediately. My query was sorted quickly & with a friendly manner. Not having automated triage was a welcome relief & hugely appreciated.
