Doesn’t take funds on allocated date, have been hit with 3 late payments due to this, have resorted to paying it manually on the account online. After the first two payments and contacting customer services, each time was advised it would be resolved the next: it was not. In this day and age, if a business has your correct details (which I can see from the account) payment should be taken when the contract states. I would never recommend Abound Loans.. ever. Once the figure is settled and closed, I will not be battering an eyelid at Abound again. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
