I use PayPal multiple times a week

I use PayPal multiple times a week. Overall, they provide an excellent service. I am an active user of PayPal credit as well as paying through my bank, debit and credit card. I like having the option to split my larger payments over 4 months, and to easily make partial payments in addition to my monthly payments. What lets PayPal down is the complexity of the process to lodge an issue with them. Often the page times out meaning all data is lost. It's difficult to locate the functionality to lodge the case, and the pre-specified options throughout the form don't always meet needs. Additionally, the send a link option to request payment doesn't seem to allow for fee-free friends and family payments. The couple of times I have used it to get payment from a friend I have received less than the requested amount due to fees. Rather frustrating and unfair given it's not a business payment.
