Quick response, great UI, less affordable

They have very quick turn around times for responding to queries - usually less than a day, and much quicker than bigger, traditional banks. They have given us the ability to see what will happen if you want to pay back more every month, with a detailed new payment schedule. My only criticism of them is that the APR is higher than most traditional banks - my experience is 5% higher per annum, however, they are definitely more user friendly and have the aura of putting the consumer at the forefront, which costs money.
