Simple process but could improve communication

I applied for a personal loan with Abound and found the application process to be straightforward and easy to complete. The website was user-friendly, and I received a decision relatively quickly. However, communication could be improved, as updates were not always clear and I had to follow up for more information. Overall, a decent experience, but there is room for improvement in keeping customers informed throughout the process. Reviewed on: 10th April 2026
