I’ve been using PayPal Credit for a bit now, mostly when I want to split the cost of something bigger. It’s actually really convenient because it’s already built into PayPal, so you don’t have to do anything extra at checkout. Getting approved was quick for me and I could start using it straight away, which was nice. I’ve used it a few times for online shopping and it definitely helps when you don’t want to pay everything upfront. That being said, it’s not something you can be careless with. The interest can add up pretty fast if you don’t pay it off in time, so you have to keep track of what you owe. I also think the layout could be a bit clearer when it comes to managing payments, I’ve had to double check things a couple of times just to be sure. Overall I’d say it’s good if you use it properly and stay on top of it, but it’s not something I’d rely on too much. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026
