PAYPAL,.........you say it honestly

I have had a few disappointing experiences with sellers where I have paid via PayPal. On these occasions, when I have asked PayPal to intervene they have been brilliant, there information is always clear, concise, efficient and helpful. I have never experienced a feeling of being left insecure after asking PayPal to step in to resolve an issue. Whether I call them or message them, they are always on hand to offer a 5 star service. I have been a PayPal customer for a significant amount of years and I like PayPal, I have always found the staff to be professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and nothing is to much for them. I feel it’s a very secure way to make payments and I love the 3 split payment plan they offer, that really helps when times are tough, I have also just starting using there PayPal credit, having used these services and the benefits they offer, I confidently and happily recommend PayPal. In my opinion, if you are a customer or thinking of developing a relationship with PayPal, you will be in safe hands. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026
