Exceptional customer service

Every time we have any communication with the Rugby office where our accounts are held, we find we have exceptional service - immediate connection by phone and highly responsive staff who commit to returning your call once a query is raised. Simon Terry's team at Rugby phoned several times to discuss an issue and carried out our requests seamlessly. Reviewed on: 21st December 2022

Really nice company to deal with

Excellent service from the office who rang me on a couple of occasions with minor queries. Having today 19th Dec just received my paperwork for continuation of a FRISA which ended 29th Nov I can't praise them enough. Well done. Reviewed on: 19th December 2022
