Thank you for being there to be able to offer a brilliant product in savings. Helpful advice via the phone making the procedure an easy one. The passbook has arrived now, somewhat delayed by Christmas post which was expected. Reviewed on: 19th December 2023

Always fantastic customer service!

I opened 2 young saver accounts for my grandchildren. We had our mortgage & savings with H &R and it is just the most friendly place to go to. Jeanette at Rugby has always been our point of contact & she’s as lovely now as she was many many years ago. Just the nicest person & a smiling constant in the Rugby office.
