Brilliant friendly service!!!

This busy office is exceptionally good at delivering top class customer service, expert advice on all products is always available and nothing is to much trouble for the lovely staff who work there, it's simply a pleasure to go into this branch as there's always a warm welcome and friendly face. In branch savings account application and start up

Quick efficient and knowledgeable staff member. Friendly welcoming and pleasant . However due to branch being busy at the time my application was done over the counter, would have preferred an area with some privacy. Nevertheless it was o.k. Reviewed on: 14th November 2022

Regular Savings

I visited the South Wigston Branch of Hinckley & Rugby BS to open a Regular Savings Account. The member of staff I met there was very kind and helpful and gave me all the information I required to open the account. Very impressed and pleased with the service I received.
