Friendly and so easy to work with

The help to make seamless the process of closing an account on the death of my father and opening a new one for my mother was outstanding. Rita Hawkins in particular was extremely helpful throughout. Superb face-to-face customer service

I needed to change my savings account and popped into branch to understand more about certain products. My queries were answered in professional manner, Jeanette was friendly, discreet and professional - a credit to herself and your company. She provided courteous and welcoming customer service. Needless to say - everything was sorted within 20 minutes of my entering branch. Reviewed on: 10th August 2022
