Was able to renew my savings investment over the phone speaking to a friendly person.

Was able to check that my maturing bond would be at the new rate , instead of the one on the renewal notice. Reviewed on: 12th July 2022

Opening an account is so easy!

Staff v informative, friendly and patient. Clear explanations. Efficient. I'd called in prior to opening the a/c and all paperwork had been prepared in advance of opening the a/c. V pleased I could open a/c without an appointment. Reviewed on: 5th July 2022
