Opening Saving Account in Lockdown

Do things the old fashioned way going into branch you could not find a better place to do it even during lockdown didn't prevent me unlike others in the high street sent away and told it could not be done during lock down not surprising they got my 85k I wanted to invest and the rate was better than others locked in for short period of time which I was looking well done to your staff Reviewed on: 25th March 2021

Surprised

I have never banked with Hinckley and Rugby before. With other banks I have been with, I've had to go through a right rigmarole to open an account.. H and R made it just how it used to be, simple. Jo O'Connor who opened the account for me was very good, pleasant and can't recommend her or the bank high enough. Long may my initial opinions last. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021
