Extremely helpful & knew their products - but - not sure they fully understood HMRC rules/laws

According to Gov.uk, interest earned up to £10k will be notified to HMRC direct by the building society/ies - according to the member of H&R staff I spoke to, H&R will not do this. Other building societies have told me that all building societies do this. Do H&R inform HMRC of interested earned or not? Reviewed on: 20th September 2023
