Speedy account opening

A rapid response to my application to open an account - and an attractive interest rate. The website could be a little more explicit about how to open an account (to whom should cheques be made payable?) but I was able to answer my questions by phone. Reviewed on: 30th November 2020

Very efficient and friendly service.

Arrived quite close to closing, two children’s accounts opened quickly with good advice. My only comment would be that closing at 1.30pm every day isn’t very customer friendly, opening and closing later just one day would be more accommodating. Reviewed on: 26th November 2020

Due to a change in the conditions of my savings account I decided I needed to move to an account with conditions that suited me better. Changing my account was handled in an efficient and friendly manner via my local branch. Reviewed on: 26th November 2020

Got there!

Couldn’t apply online! Filled the forms in on the computer, printed them and sent them off with a cheque drawn on my bank account. Says on website that if you do this then there’s no need for additional ID. Got a phone call from a very pleasant lady saying unfortunately that they do require extra ID!!!! Difficult to meet their requirements as virtually everything is in my husbands name! Phoned again and again a very helpful, pleasant lady advised me that my water bill would be fine even though it was dated more than 3 months prior. Very efficient service from then on by the Lutterworth branch! Reviewed on: 26th November 2020
