Opening 5 year savings bond by phone and post.

Exemplary service in response to our telephone request for forms to open this account by post. This is a rapidly dwindling option but is still very important to us. The ability to do this was very much appreciated. Information and reassurance very helpfully provided every step of the way, enabling a rapid turnaround by post from Monday am to receipt of the passbook on Friday am. Nothing but praise for the manager and various other members of staff involved in the process. It shows what can be achieved despite Covid restrictions. A big thank you to all concerned. We received extremely good service from Hinckley and Rugby Building Society

We walked into the Rugby branch and were greeted warmly by Jeanette who explained what we had to do and patiently waited for us whilst we filled in the forms which were very easy to complete. Jeanette then processed our application quickly and efficiently and explained what would happen next. We found the experience excellent and would like to personally say that Jeanette was delightful. Reinvesting an ISA

We received a letter to remind us that we had an ISA that was about to mature,so we rang the Coalville branch to make an appointment to go in and talk to someone about reinventing the money in another ISA. The people in the branch were very helpful and we reinvested the money while we were there.The service that we received was excellent and we were very pleased with the service.
