Seem quite good

I chose you to put some money away that wasn’t easy to touch as I live in the North West. I’m shocked you don’t offer your full account range to everyone and I realised after I opened my account I have to withdraw a minimum of £250 when I do need to withdraw. This has put me off adding to the account regularly as if I needed a small amount in an emergency I’d have to withdraw a big chunk. That’s if I’d managed to save the £250 needed to cover the minimum withdrawal as the minimum balance is £500. The turn around of the application was quick. I also liked the text saying the account had been opened. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2020

Top class product for retirees.

Short term interest only mortgage for retirees. Later life mortgage was perfect while we decided the right time to sell our holiday home. Not many options around at reasonable a rate. Excellent products Reviewed on: 31st March 2020

Poor experience overall

1
A number of issues throughout the process including changes being made to my mortgage offer without making me aware; reluctance to change the mortgage offer to reflect change of solicitor; nobody willing to give me any information for the first few weeks; and issues with release of funds the afternoon before completion. My most positive interaction has come since actually completing on the mortgage. Reviewed on: 25th March 2020

Transferring from a completed fixed bond term - helpful advice on how to protect but access funds Only disadvantage Is their stipulation that if opening a business savings account must have 2 signatories ! No good for single owners/ directors ! Reviewed on: 24th March 2020
