Easy to open the account.

Application process was straightforward. Filled all details requested by logging on to the website. An existing account does help when identify proof is required. Prompt response to the application submitted. Reviewed on: 15th December 2019

Not very friendly

I invested a considerable amount of money into the Hinckley &Rugby .The service that I received by the assistant manager was adequate.I felt that the customer service could be more professional and friendly.There was no welcome and a hand shake,no smile or a thank you for investing with us.
