Excellent advice and service

I went in on a Saturday and the service was excellent. They could not be any more helpful. What they said they would do, they did. Follow up call and I can’t get over how helpful they were. Felt like a valued customer. Reviewed on: 17th July 2023

Straightforward process, Friendly Staff

Opened multi Savings accounts for Grandchildren, Pleasant staff and a convenient town centre branch. Passbooks received in the post promptly. Straightforward process to add money to the accounts online. Signed up for online access. The only minor glitch was locating the button to confirm I'd read the T&Cs Reviewed on: 15th July 2023
