A personal service you can rely on

When attending the office in Lutterworth, I've always received a friendly and warm welcome. I've been given the time to talk through my thoughts on possible savings and then been provided with the options available to me. I've not been pressured into making a quick decision, but given the time to think things through and once a decision has been made, the staff have completed the necessary paperwork in an efficient manner and updated me on progress in a timely fashion, taking away any of worries I might have had from not hearing how things were progressing. I've also recently been given the chance to consider taking on a different investment that would provide me with a better return; to me this demonstrates a true financial service by keeping the interests of the customer at the heart of what they do. I'm more than pleased with the service I have received from the Lutterworth office. Reviewed on: 14th June 2023
