A very good customer experience

It took a little while to get the paperwork sent to me - I am not in your catchment area. I tried online but for some reason that did not work so ended up phoning for the documents. Once I sent off the completed documentation the account was opened very quickly and passbook etc received in the post soon afterwards. Everyone I have spoken to over the phone has been very helpful.
