Impressed with the personal service

I actually work at the FCA and am in charge of a number of retail banks. I was really surprised and impressed at the friendly and personal service you offered by making an initial courtesy call. If only everyone else in the industry were as on the ball as you. Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Opening an Account

Opening my regular saver account was so easy and painless. Posted my application and the very next day I received a courtesy phone call to confirm my application had been received. Also wanted to make sure I was fully aware of product I was applying for. It was a lovely personal touch which I really appreciated. Received a follow-up email the next day confirming the account had been opened and paperwork had been despatched to me. A pleasure to do business especially in times when everything is so automated.
