Very straightforward

I wanted to open a new savings account so I went into the branch with the completed form I had downloaded. The account was opened immediately and I was kept informed by email. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023

Staff member very helpful, good knowlege about the various accounts. Quick service.

After a brief question about regular savers account. Filled in the forms, had a security check, all information about the account handed to me,and I opened an account. All within a short time and good face to face conversation. Reviewed on: 9th February 2023
