Antiquated

Account was promptly opened and staff polite but setting up the account is antiquated, need to be able to open an account on line not fill in a form and post it off and include a Cheque. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

Savings update.

I went to my local branch for a savings update - was advised by a new employee, who although young and training, was knowledgeable and efficient. Some of my account changes had to be carried out by a more senior member of staff but she used this opportunity to show the younger member of staff what to do..
