Excellent customer service

I went to the Rugby branch to open a new account, having already downloaded the application form. The transaction was dealt with quickly by a very pleasant lady, who I think was called Jeanette. I had previously made a phone enquiry and that was also dealt with pleasantly and helpfully. Reviewed on: 27th January 2023

Excellent service.

I was very impressed with Hinckley and Rugby they were extremely efficient and helpful and my account was opened quickly . The rates are good on the 120 day notice account and I would certainly recommend them. Reviewed on: 26th January 2023
