So nice to find an account that's not online

After grappling with trying to set up online accounts with other banks, as soon as I saw H&R's account that I would need to manage by post (I don't live nearby), I was SO happy. The lady (Rachel) who rang me apologised for being stuck in the 20th century and talked about online accounts in the future. Please stay just the way you are H&R. You are perfect. Good experience.

Went for a fixed term bond (2yr) at 4%/annum. Not class leading but pretty good. Application forms were a doddle. Subsequently a Company employee phoned me at home to ensure security and to make sure that I understood the terms and conditions. Very professional and efficient but friendly. After that everything went through quickly in spite of Royal Mail's shenanigans. Good stuff. I have dealt with HRBS before show knew what to expect. I wasn't disappointed.
