Great rates & service

Impressed with the ease & speed of opening a savings account. Gd to get contact from the HRBS to confirm receipt of application & clarification. So many other institutions are blaming slow responses due to lack of staff & post office strike. Clearly HRBS not affected by this. To be honest fed up with this being used as an excuse by others! A joy to deal with

Such a refreshing change to deal with real people who care about the service they provide. Setting up a savings account was very straightforward, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and all with a good interest rate too. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Excellent service

Everything was made easy. Although with the postal strikes I did not receive the paperwork until a few days before maturity, I found everything easy to complete and took to Castle Street office.There I was served straight away by a very pleasant adviser. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Opening savings bonds

Branch experience was great. The staff were polite, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. High level of customer service delivered. This form is not so good and does not work well. Selecting savings not easy on the drop down option. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
