Review of opening a new Savings Account

The Building Society offers very competitive rates and a very high level of customer service. All the staff at the branch were very helpful and extremely pleasant. The staff were able to answer all our questions regarding the account, and the process for opening the account was very straightforward and efficient. The face to face contact with staff is very important and highly valued, and by far much better than a computer interface. Reviewed on: 4th January 2023

Brilliant customer service

In these days of online banking and faceless call centres, it was so refreshing to be able to deal with experts face to face! The staff at Lutterworth branch were exemplary: knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They made choosing and setting up my savings account quick, straightforward and convenient.
