I am always kept updated, whether it’s about changes...

I am always kept updated, whether it’s about changes to payment date because of bank holidays or weekends, or whether it’s to tell me about other things, i’m always in the know. My process was so clear and easy to complete and despite needing more information from me I was kept updated throughout and was easy to find out too. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026
