Lots of issues with PayPal that need to be resolved

Lots of issues with PayPal:orders not going through, though charity donations made at checkout do. Payments unclear, sometimes app and website show two payments being due rather than one. Account temporarily shut down when I queried this. Offers on app are unclear. Two payments being taken from my account for a single order. Statements unclear and difficult to understand. PayPal customer service. Is usually helpful but not always accurate. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Mostly good, points offer great

The PayPal debit card is good value to use as the points system for reward is usually better than my bank. some issues using credit as payment changes don’t update which is confusing. Good to be able to make credit payments for purchases above £100 over four months with no interest. Credit rating is quite slow to update. Ongoing Issues with checkout from links needs addressing.
