Customer service is SHOCKING

I have a 'debit card' and a credit card with PayPal, i enable an offer on my debit card to spend £50 3 times within the given time to get 500 points, i did this and didn't get my points. Customer service were so lacking that they couldn't stop raising cased against my credit card, then closing them saying everything is fine.. OF COURSE IT IS, MY DEBIT CARD HAS THE ISSUE!! this happened 6 times over 4 weeks and i ended up just closing my credit card account, the issue still isn't resolved though.. it's been 7 weeks now.
