I highly rate Paypal always have.

I highly rate Paypal always have. I was the victim of a false sale/site that I had used PayPal credit as payment, It was reimbursed to me so very happy however I have marked down 1 score because I found it impossible to speak with an adviser or actual person. Every contact number took me to an automated line which I found useless and unhelpful. This was magnified probably because I was panicking about the lose of money at the time. But as I say I followed the online instructions and was reimbursed I just wished at the time I could talk or vent and in return gain some comfort from a conversation with someone.
