I have a credit card their Apr though still quite high was lower than some other options that were available the only thing I would suggest is that they had a landline that was always manned and that people answered all the time because I had a request to needed dealing with and it wasn't dealt with for about four hours because of the system they currently have in place not a bad thing just it's the same as most companies this whole going through voice recognition that that's not this company specific issue that's lots of companies these days Reviewed on: 15th April 2026
