The staff were easy to talk too and were able to explain the interest rates and general terms of the loan in a no nonsense way. The only reason they did not get a five star rating is the interest rate I had to pay which is my own fault, just felt it should have been lower due to the amount I earned. I also think they could lower the interest rate, when a customers credit rating improves and have maintained regular payments. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
