Great company, great service and easy enough to manage

Obtaining the loan was very simple and receiving the funds was efficient. I like that I don’t have to remember a password and I use a link to log in - this makes the login process feel secure. I made an over payment which was easy enough to do. What I found a bit tricky was before I made an over payment I thought I might be able to pay the full loan off and asked for a settlement figure but once I did that I had to contact customer service (who were lovely!) to cancel that settlement so I could choose to do an over payment instead, I couldn’t initiate and act on this process myself so it just was a bit faffier than what I have been able to do with bank personal loans before.
