So helpful whenever contacted. Understanding and knowledgeable. Is there to solve your query if at all possible and give you as much information etc on what it is you’ve contacted them about. Credit increase when eligible, only downside you could wait longer than 6 month and interest rates could be reduced slightly when increasing credit limit. However a good way of helping you better your credit limit. Brilliant really all round. Reviewed on: 18th June 2026
