No support available during disputes

The whole point of paying via PayPal is for you to step in during disputes, but what’s the point if you don’t have have a a fair process for your customers to dispute payments- there’s no way of contacting you directly your app is hard to use almost as of it could be designed this way to stop customers from raising disputes. Whereas Klarna actually things easier for customers by having a clear sections of how to get in touch with staff via call, live chats that don’t heavily rely on A.I . This was my first ever claim and I was extreamly disappointed and dissatisfied of the whole ordeal- for something that should have worked I. My favour you guys sided with the compsny.
