It’s easy to use but communication isn’t great.

It’s so easy to use. I’ve had to use customer service once and it was very difficult. For some reason I wasn’t notified of an outstanding payment and it immediately went on my credit record for 6 months. I was really disappointed as it was a genuine mistake. I would have appreciated a reminder that it was due via letter and email before being given a poor credit mark. Reviewed on: 19th April 2026
